Inspired by Southern and Midwestern upbringings, the founders of the Spice it Up Catering Company specialize in Classic American Dishes, Comfort Foods, Cajun, and Creole cuisine.

After many years of individual catering experiences, the owners of Spice It Up Catering, Alice Guidry and Pamela Knight, decided to come together and extend their culinary services as a unified force. The company was founded in 2007 and has since enjoyed much success, bringing a taste of home to every event.
