Getting to Know Spices

Paprika: Bright red in color. May be used in all Meat and Vegetable Salads, or as a garnish for Potatoes and Deviled Eggs.
Oregano: Whole or ground, used with Tomato Sauces, Veal dishes and Baked Chicken.
Cayenne Pepper: Ground, use with Meats, Gumbo and Crawfish Etouffee
